🔹 Key Responsibilities
✔️ Drafting, vetting & execution of Lease Deeds, Agreement to Sell, Managed Office Agreements, Service Agreements & other critical real estate documents.
✔️ Strong understanding and handling of LOIs (Letters of Intent).
✔️ End-to-end management of Lease Deed & Sale Deed registrations at Tehsil offices.
✔️ Preparing transfer sets and maintaining structured, highly professional legal documentation & records.
✔️ Conducting property due diligence, title verification, and ensuring strict compliance with local real estate laws.
✔️ Supporting litigation management, legal operations, and risk mitigation processes to protect corporate assets.

✅ 3–5 years of hands-on experience in complex real estate transactions & property laws.
✅ Excellent drafting and contract-reviewing skills with meticulous, high attention to detail.
